User Interface
Whilst the majority of the processing in Psi is done automatically, in same cases user intervention is required.

In order to achieve this, two types of the User Interface are implemented:

  1. Web Client. This client doesn’t require any additional software to be installed since it works on standard internet browsers. The user always has access to the latest version of the interface and if necessary changes can be made at a very short notice. The functionality available would be based on need, as determined by the user profile, rather than breadth in order to optimise performance.
  2. Application Client. This client requires the installation of software on the user workstation. Typically it would be utilised centrally where wider functionality is required.

Both versions have equal functionality and could be used separately or simultaneously.

Every user interface screen is designed from an ergonomic point of view. Working panes can be set up quickly and easily. It is possible to set up user access to the panes based on roles, including the data available for selection in each pane, the data available for read or write operations and the kind of processing allowed.

The user interface can be quickly and easily translated into different languages. The Bank could easily carry out translation using its own resources.
