BOSS Middleware Web Edition is designed for web-application development. BOSS WE makes it easy to build solutions based on three-layer programming model, when application’s web-UI lays on its own layer and is fully independent from business logic.

BOSS WE runs under popular Apache Tomcat web server and includes all the features of BOSS Standard Edition.

BOSS Middleware Enterprise Edition
BOSS Middleware Enterprise Edition is designed with enterprise-scale solutions development in mind. BOSS EE solutions run on Java Enterprise Edition platform. With all the features of Standard and Web editions included, BOSS EE also supports data loads balancing.

Current version runs under both Apache Geronimo and IBM Websphere Community Edition servers. Solutions, previously developed with either Standard or Web Edition, run on BOSS Middleware Enterprise Edition, too.
